Illustrative estimates. Additional time is rounded up to the next quarter hour. Notary services, Crowned Merch & Print setup/design and merchandise purchases, and any additional in-person meeting fees are excluded. Final scope and billing are agreed before engagement.
Payment & engagement terms
- Services are provided virtually, with one in-person strategy session each month to review progress, address priorities and plan next steps. Additional in-person meetings are available by appointment and may have an additional fee.
- The initial engagement is three months, followed by month-to-month service.
- The monthly retainer is due on the first day of each month, in advance.
- Monthly hours do not roll over. Hours beyond your selected monthly allotment are billed at the applicable additional rate, in quarter-hour increments.
- Referral commissions earned are not credited against the monthly retainer.
- Either party may terminate after the initial three-month term with 30 days' written notice.

- Request. Tell us about your business, products, quantity, deadline, and who will order.
- Consultation. We discuss designs, products, budget, and how you will use your merchandise.
- Quote. Receive a separate setup/design fee, the included revision allowance, and anticipated item prices.
- Approval. Pay the agreed setup fee, review mockups, and give written design approval and permission to use your logo.
- Launch. Approved products are added to our online store and you receive links to your items.
- Order. You and anyone you share the links with purchase through our secure online checkout.
A clear quote before we create.
Merch consultation, design, and setup are quoted separately from monthly consulting retainers. Merchandise purchases are paid separately through the store. Your quote confirms the setup fee, included revisions, anticipated retail prices, and timeline before payment. Requesting a consultation does not place an order.
